How to get similar thing in AngularJs

I'm learning AngularJs and I have some basic knowledge what actually Angular can do. I'm going to make similar thing like this Gif file

Please give me some informations. Is actually Angular good to creating similar things or other Javascript frameworks better like Ember/Backbone.
