Ember Uncaught Error: 'ember-cli-auto-register'

I'm running into a pretty strange error. It's strange because I do not have the folder/file structure that it's referring to. Here's the error:

Uncaught Error: Could not find module 'ember-cli-auto-register/register' imported from 'projectname/initializers/repositories'

Again, I don't have an initializers folder, much less initializers/repositories. I get this error upon startup thrown from loader.js.

Recently I did run ember update to update to ember-cli 1.13.1 and that seems to have caused the problem, but I'm not positive how to fix it. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
