Thorough and up-to-date ember.js tutorial or guide?

Hello I am currently trying to learn ember.js.

I'm having a hard time learning Ember. My problem with Ember is many of the tutorials are outdated. Moreover, the tutorials I found mostly only cover a small aspect of ember.js like TodoMvc.

I want up-to-date tutorial/book/article, covering thorough concepts: authentication, ACL, connecting to a backend API, real-time update, etc. Preferably the one that walks through all these concepts while building a sample working project.

Do you guys have any suggestion? Thanks!
