Detect wether the image is rotated before upload it to the server (iOS)

I'm using DropzoneJS addon for ember 2.4. On iOS devices all the images taken with the camera are being uploaded rotated. After some research I find out that the samples sent from the camera are rotated 90 degrees, because that’s how the camera sensor is oriented. Is there anyway to prevent this on ember?
