Which javascript front-end framework considered best for Ruby on Rails and why?

The most popular javascript front-end frameworks I found are angular, ember and react. Each of these framework has many recommendations which varies from developer to developer.

I have some experience with angular. And interested about ember and react.

So it will be helpful if someone can tell me, what are the criteria to keep in mind when you choose a JS framework for your Rails project.
