Can i use ember and react without the terminal?

I worked on jQuery and Angular JS. Now i am getting into React and Ember JS. After installing Ember JS, I am running ember files using "ember server" in the terminal and viewing in browser by localhost:some_port_number. Where as in jQuery and angular i just include the JS file using the script tag. My question is can i able to do the same for ember and react.

I am new to this technology. Guide me please.
