How to install ember-cli version 1.13.11 in windows 10

I am trying to install ember-cli version 1.13.11 using node version is 4.0.0 and npm version is 2.14.2 . i will run all comments in admin. first i will install npm install -g ember-cli@1.13.11 and ember version is created next i will run ember new demoproject .but my laptop has 4 gb ram and windows 10 so it will take almost 1 hour to run after it will not create project it showing error it shown in that picture but i will clean all npm cache and computer temp also but problem is not solved and npm install -g ember-cli-windows comments also installed but it will not work please share me solution install ember-cli@1.13.11
