Special characters fonts not converting fine after wrapper upgrade to 3.5.49

I have recently upgraded my servers wrapper version to 3.5.49 and my fonts in the html ui has disrupted. I see the below warnings in the console -

OTS parsing error: Failed to convert WOFF 2.0 font to SFN

When i revert back to 3.5.15 wrapper version, everything works well.
