Adding Library on the app

I am using a jquery library, here http://ift.tt/1v9OCiQ, and I'm trying to add it on my app. These are my import statements:

app.import('other_components/drilldown/css/linkes_drilldown.css');
app.import('other_components/drilldown/src/linkes_drilldown.js');

But i'm still getting an error which indicates that the library isn't loaded. Any idea, is there anything wrong with the import statements ?
