Socket hang up Error in with Sails.js

I am creating a web application using Ember.js as client side Javascript framwork and Sails.js in the server side with Sane stack I get this socket hang up error :

I have no idea what's the cause of this issue.Can someone explain to me the nature of this issue and what may be the cause ?
