Ember can't find watchman, but watchman seems to be installed properly

Yet another ember + watchman question.

ember -v yields

version: 1.13.8
Could not find watchman, falling back to NodeWatcher for file system events.

npm: 2.13.4

However, watchman -v yields

3.8.0

Also, for the record, here's my /etc/*-release

I followed my usual way of setting up ember (and watchman), which usually works. From what I remember, ember works with watchman version 3.8.0, though I might be wrong.
