Social network: Angular 2 vs Backbone vs React vs Ember

I want create new social network , My server side is MVC.Net and I my web-api is ready to use.

The question is which one is better for Front-end , also consider I have 10 Million user and these user have slow internet connection.

Angular 2 or Backbone or React or Ember?
