JS Framework for Multi-Page-Application

I'm starting to create a Website for news and media. And it's should be a multi page application with some AJAX calls. For an example I have the news page where the user can see the last 20 news and with scrolling down the page loads more. The website should be SEO friendly. And I'm not sure if Anuglar, Ember and the others are to overkill for this job. On the Server I'm using NodeJS with Express. Or maybe use only JQuery and a template engine on the frontend? But i love two-way-bindings in some cases really :D But I think I would need two-way-binding only in the admin area.
