ember.js single-page-app (SPA) behind coSign single sign on

My organization uses coSign (http://weblogin.org/) as a single-sign-on solution for all of its web applications.

Until now, we have been using traditional web-apps so it has worked well. However, I'm currently working on a SPA app using Ember.JS and I would like for users to not have to login again if they're already login to another web-app using their coSign username and password. But I'm not sure how to make Ember.JS use the coSign session in the browser instead of making users to login again.

Appreciate any help or suggestions.
