deploy or transfer a web template with numerous files and convert to an ember project

A little new to Ember and so far love it. I am wondering if someone could assist me in converting a web template to an ember project or if it is even possible. Basically I used httrack to get a template I like and wanted to know if there is a way to navigate to that folder and start it through ember so I don't have to hard code all the files and dependencies.
