Is it possible to simulate drag and drop in EmberJS like in Selenium?

I am trying to simulate a Drag & Drop event that is done using JQuery in my site.

I can manually perform the "drag & drop" and have event-listeners binded too, but how do I mimic event-listeners attached to the mouse drag and drop events, and trigger listeners during automation testing.

I am looking for something similar toTesting jQuery Drag & Drop and Droppable with Selenium.
