Auto-update list of objects retrieved from store when a new one is added

I'm retrieving a list of posts from the store (this.store.findAll('posts')) and displaying it in a template. There's also an add-button which adds a new post to the store (store.save()).

Now I'd like my template to automatically update and include the just created post. How can I do that? Do you have a working example?
