Ember 2 select depency

I'm trying to create a depency between two select boxes in ember. I found a solution for an older version of ember: http://ift.tt/1zPRoRh

But with the new version and with a complete model with json+rest, i can´t seem to get it working. http://ift.tt/16gfTtr

When i select one item in the checkbox it should filter the elements on the second. but nothing happens.
