Javascript Widgets - What framework?

Previously, I used jQuery to implement custom widgets for my front end. Examples: A calendar, a custom navigation bar, a photo gallery, etc.

What front end frameworks do you find are suited well for custom component/widget development? E.g. Angular, React, Ext JS etc.
