javascript (angular.js and ember.js)

hello everyone I am at a very beginner stage of programming like just started few months ago for one of my project need to display internet speed (i.e. by setting a default file of a particular size to upload and download or even a simple ping to server will do) using simple graphical user friendly format just wanted to know is it possible to make this website using angular.js and ember.js framweork(each) and if any example available like this website but only basic feature of displaying internet speed http://ift.tt/jmUNvG
