EmberJs 2.7 deprecation

I'm stuck every time i got EmberJs deprecation error. Unfortunately it usually happen when our project is become more complicated. The most famous deprecation error is:

• You modify **** twice

And there are more. Since stack trace can give me nothing to find out the root cause and neither Emberjs document. I posted this question hopefully someone can point me out or at least avoid to use Emberjs for their production when they don't experience with it's deprecation errors
