Would Ember and SlickTable be a good fit?

I'm hoping to get an Ember pro (at least more so than I) to give a seat-of-the pants impression on whether it would be possible (and then feasible) to use SlickGrid with my Ember app that uses ember-data. My use case is I have a table with items, dates, and comments, and I want it to be editable without going to a separate screen or having to click a button to open a popup, so that it's fast for users to edit things. If SlickTable is too much for this case, I'd appreciate any opinions on that as well.

Just looking for some help before I spend tons of hours trying to get it to work, only to find it doesn't in the end, since I've only been doing JS/Ember for a few months.
