Google Picker with Ember front end + server side authentication

Scene:

1. I'm building with Ember as my front end (simple auth)
2. Authentication is server side running on Node. Bearer, refresh token etc.
3. I've already integrated Classroom API & Drive API - interacting between front end and back end perfectly.

Objective:

1. To display Google Picker - so users can select & upload files to/from Google Drive.

Most examples are client-side auth - so I need help and suggestions how to do so for my case where the authentication is server-side. I hope this makes sense, I'm fairly new to Ember and everything!
