How to use QRCode reader with Ember.js?

I want to create a separate page in my application where I can use QR code decoder. I found http://ift.tt/1fy2yv3. The test example works fine, but in my Ember application not work.

This libraty includes only 2 type of files (test.html and scripts) but i don't know how to use it in ember app.
