Ember set up multiple apps in same project

Im using ember for one of my projects and it is having two different user flows. That meant, those are having separate css and layout. (But both should be in single project due to some reasons) Also when i added both flows in single project, i saw all templates(from both flows) were loaded for any route. Is that possible to create separate applications in single project with ember? Any ideas and comment are much appreciate. ember-cli version: 0.2.3
