Ember template not loading more than once

I have an tomcat application in which small part is ember(single page) all the request are asynchronous in the app so no reload happen

First time ember page is shown, but the second visit of the page not showing the page (the same url as the first visit)

It dont show any error in console. Is there any steps to find the issue.
