Ember template not refreshing

I'm following the tutorial at http://ift.tt/2rw2fON.

I've just added the routes /about and /contact, edited them and nothing seems to update on screen. The only thing that gets updated is when I edit applications.hbs. What is going on? I tried to stop and relaunch the server. Nothing.

Notes:ember-cli: 2.13.2, node: 6.10.3, os: Mac OSX darwin x64
