url name is getting changed when I change the tab in my project?

I'm facing the struck on page in my localhost server link. when I refresh the page, url name is getting changed. That's the usual things for all Url. Here also the same. But when I refresh the page, it getting struck. Not even the console is running or getting close. Simply it got struck and I'll close on through task manager only.

I'm having two tabs in the page called "content" and "Admin". When I click on the Admin tab, url showing the below link

http://localhost:8080/core-cms/admin/Administration/License

I'm having lot of taskbars in that tab, When I'm clicked on taskbar name called "Managed Object Definitions". The url link is getting changed like below:

http://localhost:8080/core-cms/admin/Administration/ManagedObjects

After that when I go to "content" tab and come into again "admin" tab, the url link is getting changed like below:

http://localhost:8080/core-cms/(subclass%20of%20admin/Administration/ManagedObjects)

After that when we refresh the page, the page is getting struck. Console also not getting run.

Can anybody help me on this. What should be the problem. Your help would be appreciable.
