Chrome responds with "Error 403 (from disk cache)" on Get Request

Ever since Chromium 70, some users of our webapplications have been getting an occasional error "403 (from disk cache)" only in Chrome.

It isn't a regular 403 error returned by the back-end, because if I test the request, by using Postman to GET with the same endpoint, headers, query-params etc... I just get a regular response.

If we use the application in Firefox we have not problem either.

Probably unrelated, but our Back-end is built with Drupal8/Symfony3 on PHP7.2 and front-end EmberJS 3.4 LTS.
