thought on ember js productivity

I have been learning ember js because some giants in the company say it is awesome. But I have been dealing with command line to run the app, generate routes and models which apparently is not productive while ember js official website says it is for productivity. There might be IDE out there but in an enterprise environment I can't just download it and use it. If ember js people think it is productive to start from command line without offering a GUI IDE, they should not have allowed GUI on ember js app because GUI seems not productive in their eyes. Or is it actually that they are too stupid to code an IDE?
