ember new component new syntax, properties binding fails

I was trying to develop a small components with ember cli with the latest version of ember. I tried a simple component, the template is as easy can be. {{name}}. And I've tried using new syntax,, everything works except the binding part. I've tried name=title, name={{title}}, name={{movies title}},the binding part just can't display correctly. Amy ideas? Thank you.
