Missing Bower Package

I have been working on an Ember project and Foundation has been working fine up this point. For some reason though, when I tried to start up my Ember server I got back this error:

Missing bower packages: Package: foundation * Specified: 5.5.2 * Installed: 5.5.3

Run bower install to install missing dependencies.

I've checked my bower_components folder and tried to change the version number of foundation, and I have tried to run bower install, but nothing seems to be working. Any idea why this is happening/ how to fix it?
