net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND ember cordova

we have an cordova android app build on ember, On one page we have a link 'click here' and when we click this on android app we are getting Application Error net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND(file:///offers/430/plan_delivery) but when I go to another page and comeback and click the same link its working fine, I tried increasing the 'loadUrlTimeoutValue to 700000 but getting same error, I tried searching for solution nothing helps. Any help or suggestions that would be great.
