Ember - Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [data-'Times New Roman'-reveal]

I have a msytery global failure in an Ember application.

Global error: Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [data-'Times New Roman'-reveal] 

I do not get this when running tests locally on OS X in either the browser or command line via PhantomJS.

The build ENV is Windows and in both the browser and PhantomJS, this failure comes up.
