EmberJS receiving response from Firebase

I have tried searching for answers, but I didn't know how to word it.

Our platforms: iOS app, Emberjs, Firebase

What I'm trying to do is: We have an iOS app, which when opened (viewDidLoad) will send a signal to the server (we are planning on using Firebase as backend). And when Firebase receives that signal, it will display the information associated with the user who opened the app on the website.

So basically, on open from the iOS app, the website will display all the information from that user.

How do I achieve something like that? I'm just looking for some ideas.
