Live Data display in terms of graph

I am very new to ember.js I am trying to display live data feeds on website made with ember.js framework but it's getting very complicated and I am lost...is there any prototype I can use rather than starting from scratch. To display live stock feeds on web site made with ember.js framework in form of graph (not bothered about backend)
