When to use what JS tool

this question may be too much basic and may be asked earlier in another way (unfortunately did not found in StackOverflow).

And I have gone in many blogs like this, this, this etc. but did not get my answer perfectly.

I am completely OK with using jQuery.

I can do almost anything with it and I can find a huge amount of plugins with it. Some of them are here.

Moreover I can find a huge amount of help in internet for jQuery so if I am using it and fall in any kind of problem, I can get help in anywhere.

But as far as I know, AngularJS and ReactJS are far far better than jQuery in comparison of performance. But I am not sure when to use what library.

What requirement of the project needs to choose what library?

And as far as I know jQuery is the best tool for manipulating DOM elements.

** So, My question is**-

1. When should I use AngularJS
2. When should I use ReactJS
3. When should I use Backbone.JS
4. When should I use Ember.js

If I want to have best performance and make the code manageable.

Addition

I should have use Bootstrap in my project for managing front-end. So for this, I should have to use jQuery by default if I don't like it (I don't know if I like to use bootstrap with AngularJS or RectJS in what way without jQuery).

So, it is also a issue that I should not use any library which is conflicting with Bootstrap.
