EmberJS: How to get all routes properties on startup?

I'm developing an EmberJS application using Pods where some of my routes have a property object which includes some configurations. I would like to go through all routes on startup of the application and retrieve these configurations and store them lets say in a service.

Is this possible to be done in an EmberJS application?
