Show the content of a modal dynamically

I am using ember.JS 2.14

I have a page displaying a list of elements. I want to have a modal with the content of a relation displayed only when the modal is triggered to be display, so that I only call the endpoint corresponding to this relation when a modal is needed.

How can I do that?
