Do create and update operations on the same input text boxes on different events Ember

I have an ember component, which has a group of input text boxes, a table with some rows and 'add' and 'modify' button. The table displays the records existed in the database. The add button adds a new record in the database by filling out the input boxes. When I click a particular row from the table, I want to get that row data in the input fields.

Is there any way to do that.
