Choosing Java Script Framework for Web Application

I need to design a web application which extensively is focussed on image sharing and rendering. Keeping this point in mind, Which JavaScript Framework would be best. I just have basic knowledge of Java Script Framework. Can you please suggest which Java Script framework to use ?. Thanks in advance.
