Load Soundcloud SDK inside Ember CLI App

I've got an Ember CLI-application and would like to use the Soundcloud SDK to retrieve track data and stream music.

I tried loading it inside a controller like this:

import SC from "http://ift.tt/OJL5Z7";

but I get this error:

Uncaught Error: Could not find module http://ift.tt/18mqgNL

What am I doing wrong?
