Link interpolation i18n

I use ember-i18n to handle multiples langages in my project, and I need to insert a link inside a translation (with interpolation).

I know i can use a dirty solution which is cropping my text and then concatenate it with a link tag but I'm looking for something cleaner.

Any idea ?
