Insert template/partial in helper?

I'd like to create a helper replacing occurrences of a particular string with a Handlebars-template.

The string returned by the helper will contain the source-text accompanied by the rendered Handlebars-templates.

Is that possible?

I want to achieve being able to insert components/partials at dynamic locations within my content.
