React vs Ember 2.0 for hybrid native app

I'm contemplating a javascript framework for my Rails app between Ember and React

The thing is it seems I would have to use Ember PLUS a framework like cordova or phonegap or steroids if i choose Ember.

Whereas if I use React I can just use React and React Native library (http://ift.tt/1E5ix47)? It would seem it would be much easier as React and React Native have been created to play well with each other.

Am I in the right direction ?
