I can't run my Ember project on OSX El-Capitan ( The Broccoli Plugin: [object Object] )

I'm using Ember.js with the following nodejs and ember-cli versions:

⇒ ember -v
(node:8463) fs: re-evaluating native module sources is not supported. If you are using the graceful-fs module, please update it to a more recent version.
WARNING: WARNING: Node v6.0.0 has currently not been tested against Ember CLI and may result in unexpected behaviour.
ember-cli: 2.5.0
node: 6.0.0
os: darwin x64

But for some reason whenever I try to run the app using ember s I get:

ember s
(node:10672) fs: re-evaluating native module sources is not supported. If you are using the graceful-fs module, please update it to a more recent version.
WARNING: WARNING: Node v6.0.0 has currently not been tested against Ember CLI and may result in unexpected behaviour.

I made sure to install npm and bower packages but still having the same issue.
