Java project with Ember CLI not reflecting changes to Tomcat server

I made a project in Intellij java using Ember CLI but the problem is that the project is not reflecting changes in Tomcat server.In run configuration before launch I set to make the project and build the war exploded artifact but there are no result, there are no modifications on the server.

I don't know what code to show because there are no visible errors and I can't put here all the code.

Any sugestions or where the problem can be?
